Dr Greg McPhan is an educationalist with a science and mathematics background. His PhD research focused on a cognitive structural analysis of students’ developmental understandings of selected chemistry concepts. His current research interests focus on (i) developmental understandings, and (ii) teacher quality. Based at the University of New England, Dr McPhan is currently Principal Research Manager (Teacher Quality) at the SiMERR National Research Centre.
