Megan Campbell is a PhD Candidate studying cognitive neuroscience under the supervision of Professors Ross Cunnington (SLRC, QBI, UQ) and Michael Breakspear (QIMR Berghofer). Megan’s research focuses on the brain processes involved in in the perception and imitation of others’ actions. Applying a systems neuroscience framework to the understand these neural processes which are fundamental to all human interactions, and in particular learning by observation and imitation. She was awarded a Masters of Neuroscience at the Queensland Brain Institute, The University of Queensland in 2012, and first-class honours in psychology from James Cook University Cairns in 2009.
