Dr Sarah Buckley is a psychological and educational researcher interested in the role of motivation and emotion in learning. In 2009, Sarah completed her PhD at the University of Melbourne where she investigated mathematics anxiety and motivation in relation to peer relationships using contemporary social network modelling. Sarah is currently a Research Fellow at the Australian Council for Educational Research in the National Surveys team where she works on projects such as the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS).
