Amanda Bourgeois is a PhD candidate at the University of Queensland. Amanda is interested in learning more about emotions in the classroom. Her project is titled: Adolescent emotions and learning in the classroom: The role of student-teacher relationships and academic self-perceptions. Amanda is supervised by Professor Annemaree Carroll and Dr Julie Bower. She is working with her team to develop app to measure real-time emotions, as well as the triggers for these emotions.
